1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wakefield Cybersecurity Solutions ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Wakefield Cybersecurity Solutions provides a self-assessment and compliance management tool for DoD contractors working towards CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance. Our tools assist in tracking controls, generating SPRS scores, and creating SSP and POA&M documentation.

3. Subscription and Billing

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Trial Period: We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required for initial sign-up, though a payment method must be added to continue service after the trial.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the Platform. Our tools are designed to assist in compliance efforts, but do not guarantee CMMC certification by a C3PAO. Ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with your organization.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within the Platform are the property of Wakefield Cybersecurity Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wakefield Cybersecurity Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or compliance status.
